<About the CR Series>
The CR Series is a collection of works created using only color fields, intentionally removing any recognizable motifs or shapes. By focusing purely on the arrangement of colors, each piece invites viewers to interpret the composition through their own emotions and experiences. Rather than imposing a specific image or theme, these works are meant to quietly accompany the atmosphere of a space, allowing their presence to blend naturally with the owner’s lifestyle and environment.
Artist's Comment:
As the cold subsides and I begin to feel the warmth of spring, memories of the summer beyond often come vividly to mind. Perhaps it is because I hold so many cherished memories of that season within me. The breeze that blew then, the clear skies, and the sunlight illuminating everything—they always remind me of a pleasant sense of exhilaration. Though we are only in the middle of spring, the spring breeze flowing by today has, strangely enough, brought me an image of the summer yet to come.

寒さが和らぎ、春の暖かさを感じ始めると、私の心にはその先にある夏の記憶が鮮やかに浮かんできます。それは、私の中に大切な夏の思い出がたくさん詰まっているからかもしれません。あの季節に吹いた風、澄み渡る晴天、そしてすべてを照らす陽光。それらはいつも、私に心地よい高揚感を思い出させてくれます。今はまだ春の半ばですが、今日流れてきた春風が、不思議と遠い夏のイメージを運んできてくれました。
